In these strange and uncertain times we are in a new phase of our lives. You need reassurance that the bouncy castle hire company you choose has your families safety at heart. Existing customers know that we have always hired the cleanest inflatables available with a strict sterilising regime. As parents ourselves, we understand your concerns and have always made this central to everything we do.
We are now quarantining infalatables between hires and/or fogging them with antiviral disinfectant as detailed below.
ANTIVIRAL DISINFECTANT FOGGING
We have now taken it one step further during this pandemic and invested in commercial fogging machines. If inflatables have recently been on hire, they will be fogged with V2 Antiviral Disinfectant effective against Coronavirus on setup (or prior) for your peace of mind. This will also apply to the interior of our vans on a regular basis.
CONTACTLESS DELIVERY
To ensure the safety of you and your family as well as our members of staff, we are offering contactless delivery. Clear access to the area where the equipment is to be sited must be available. We do not go through homes. Payment can be made in advance and hire agreement signed electronically.
GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE
We are working fully within all government guidelines and continue to monitor this advice carefully, adjusting our policies and procedures as and when required.
